Within Ruhl Casino, is it mandatory to wear a tie?

Casino Ruhl is located just below the hotel and has 300 slot machines and traditional games. The Punto Banco card game and dinner-dance with entertainment are also available.
Smart casual wear is required but ties are not obligatory.
